Interesting at this point to see some of the alternatives and ideas in this plan - this is a huge document but some details that stuck out to me:

• Development of the South Rim Boundary road into an accessible motorized route providing access into the Pasture Wash (South Bass) area. This was part of an alternative not favored by the park and I assume there are no plans for this.
• A test project is mentioned for 10 permits across the Havasupai Reservation to the Great Thumb Mesa in March thru May. This may have quietly happened but I haven't found any information indicating it did - also mentioned were limits on vehicles, possible escort across the reservation and designated parking.
