The Crow Windmill is a good landmark and has plenty of parking but there are many possible places to park in this area.

This area is Arizona State Land Department and a permit is required for use.
Driving Directions
Head west on Edwin Road from Oracle Road in Catalina for approximately 22 miles. Turn left/south onto a smaller dirt road past a cattle guard to park near the Windmill.
