I was too late and slow to get to the top for sunset, but just after sunset I was left alone on the top, a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the moonlight!

My truck and the Suburban Aaron rented in the dirt parking lot near the Rock Springs Cafe at the Cocodona 250 start. The rented van to the left was David and Kelly - the sat down and talked a bit (and shared some bourbon) in part because Kelly, like Aaron, was also coached by Joe 'Stringbean' McConaughy.
